ABOUT THE COMPANY
My client a leading financial services company based in Gordon are looking for Collections Officers to join their busy team. This is an excellent oppurtunity for an experienced Collections officer or a junior candidate to join their dynamic, successful and ever growing business
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the collections of overdue accounts, this is a phone based collections role - excellent commission structure and oppurtunity to develop and grow within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making outbound debtor calls to chase overdue accounts - financial products such as credit cards, loans etc
- Dealing with customer queries
- Working with legal department
- Dealing with escalated accounts
ABOUT YOU:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Collections experience (looked upon favourably but not essential as training is provided)
- Hard working, friendly and professional attitude
- Target driven and focused
