To be successful in this position you will be required to achieve;
• Strong phone negotiation skills
• Skip tracing techniques
• Be able to resolve disputes
• Strong and clear communications skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Knowledge of legislations and guidelines
Even though all the above skills may not be shown in past employment and/or experience, we are willing to train successful applicants through our induction training packages to help you to achieve to your full potential. There will also be ongoing training; mature applicants welcome, age is no barrier; all you need is the drive to succeed.
We pay successful applicants a $53,500 salary plus super and performance bonuses.
Working hours will be rotating shifts between 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday & Tuesday to Saturday.
