The role:
 
With 4 weeks solid training, this role will see you servicing customers over the phone, assessing and analysing their concerns and working through any problems. Providing solutions is just the beginning. We're looking for individuals who take an abundance of pride providing A+ customer service.
 
Ideal candidates will have the following attributes: 

• Proven solid track record of previous customer service experience     
• Ability to problem solve, analyse and think outside the box
• Keen interest in technology and technical aptitude is required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Strong typing skills
• A real "can-do" attitude
• Able to work flexible hours- rotating roster. No overnights and fantastic penalty rates!
