About the Company
Davidson are recruiting for a customer care consultant to work with our client who have provided the very best in products and services across Australasia for over 60 years. Synonymous with great brands and a quality offering, our client is a global supplier of custom-made doors and access systems that embrace new technology and lead from the front with their product and service offering.
You will join the company as an integral part of the customer service team based in Sydney’s Western suburbs to provide a first class service to all customers answering calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding the format of information required to ensure orders are met.
- Respond to written and verbal communication
- Perform thorough investigations, identifying and addressing key issues for clients.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to assist in resolving member concerns quickly and effectively.
- Manage Customer expectations.
- Pass leads on to sales team and book appointments.
About You
We are looking for dynamic sales consultants who have a proven background working in a busy call centre and delivering an excellent service.
You have:
- At least 2 year's demonstrated call centre experience.
- A strong problem solver, confident in your ability to adapt, work autonomously to resolve customer queries and achieve outcomes
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Intermediate computer skills.
