Who are we?

What will you be doing?
This role is a part-time role - Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM. As our seasoned Appointment Setter, you will have great communication skills and a mature, easygoing personality. Your role will be to make outbound calls to corporate customers in an effort to book appointments for the company's sales team to go out and close the sale. Your targets will be on the number of appointments arranged.
Additionally, any jobs within the business that require phone contact will be your responsibility, e.g. quoting for printing jobs.
What are we looking for?
This role is great for someone who misses the phone marketing life. You would either be a mature student, or a parent with kids who wants to get back into the workforce, but needing to work around school hours. The successful candidate will have:
- Established experience in a phone sales / appointment setting role (Minimum 2 years - if you do not have this level of experience, please do not apply)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Proven ability adapt and thrive in a changing environment
- Strong self-discipline
- The ability to work across a variety of clients
- A good grasp of technology - using Excel, Email, EDMs, etc.
