To enhance customer experience and further accelerate the sales we are seeking a dynamic Customer Retention Specialist to join our team.

Reporting to the Retention Manager you will be responsible for maintaining customer retention and satisfaction measures to both retain and attract new customers to our business.

Playing an integral role within a close-knit energetic team you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers by the following duties:

  • Outbound calls for prospecting appointments for the sales team
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers
  • Customer satisfaction follow up calls
  • Finance renewal or replacement follow-ups
  • The use and maintenance of our CRM systems
  • Presenting Multiple Options in a conversational setting
  • Provide feedback and input into current and future campaigns
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
  • Excellent track record in customer service or sales
  • Ability to engage customers with finesse
  • Proven track record to achieve set targets with consistent results
  • Experience in effectively dealing with objections and complaints for a positive outcome
  • Excellent communication skill with emphasis on listening and influencing
  • Articulate the customer experience to drive customer retention
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously
  • High level of organisation skills
Prior customer retention experience in the automotive field will be highly regarded but not essential.
