• Corporate environment | $26.14/hr + Super
• Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm | Immediate Start

Our client is a global organisation specialising in print solutions. Due to career progression in the team, these rare positions have come onto the market. 

We are currently seeking experienced customer service agents with exceptional communication skills to call existing customers who have been experiencing technical issues with their hardware and transferring them to technical support 

You will be responsible for updating contact details as you speak with the correct person in the business regarding ongoing technical issues, so your attention to detail and natural flair for building rapport is essential to your success.

To be successful you must be resilient, have a sense of humour and work / respond well in a BUSINESS environment where management will support you and treat you like an adult. 
  
What are we looking for?

• A hunger and passion for delivering exceptional customer service 
• The ability to identify the correct person to assist with the issue
• Clear and fluent communication skills are ESSENTIAL 
• Outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic personalities who LOVE to talk!
• Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous

These are FULL TIME positions, so you MUST be available Monday to Friday. You must also have the right to work in Australia permanently.
