Your New Company

One of the top 4 Banks in Australia is looking for Inbound Customer Service professionals to fill an array of roles. Full-time, temporary positions are required, in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • As part of a team, you will draw on your ability to have good quality conversations when speaking with new and existing customers
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell Banking products by promoting the benefits to the customers
  • Responsible for establishing strong working relationships on every call
  • Take ownership on every account and ensure you are maximising revenue for the business


Skills

  • Contact centre experience highly desired
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills
  • Professional image and attitude
  • Self-driven to achieve results
  • Ability to use initiative and a passion for helping people


Benefits
