TEMP Assignment - 8 weeks

This role is responsible for taking incoming orders from customers over the phone, processing them through SAP and listening intently to the customer’s needs. You may need to respond to queries regarding estimated time of delivery of orders, monitor stock levels and have the ability to pay close attention to detail with reading and entering orders through the system. Your empathetic nature will be used towards the customer’s concerns, and you'll act responsively in order to solve them, which may see you collaborate with other team members from the warehouse.
To keep you energised, you will be part of a passionate customer service team with a supportive manager, along with being able to indulge in their tasteful coffee and tea products!
