The Role:

Our Customer Service Operator's are based at our brand new Office at Forest Hill, with the Customer Service Centre. You are the the first point of call for new and existing Bolton Clarke clients and referrers. All staff receive ongoing training and support in a team environment to achieve their KPI's.

We are currently recruiting for Multiple roles in a Casual capacity. Hours are flexible to work with your schedule.


The successful candidate will have the following:

• Previous call centre experience is essential
• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability for 4 weeks full time training on commencement

Nice to have:

• Experience in health care and community sector is highly desriable
• Cert III in HACC advantageous
• Certificate III in customer contact advantageous

This position is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in Community care, with previous experience in a customer service centre environment.
