About the business

Plum is a 30 year old family business founded in the UK with offices in England, Hong Kong and Sydney. We are a toy company and specialise in childrens activity play. Our in-house designed products are sold in over 40 countries. 

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our fantastic team delivering outstanding customer service to our retail partners and consumers.

You will be given responsibility to take ownership for queries from start to finish. These may come by phone, email, online or social media sources. You will provide support and troubleshoot working with transport carriers, third party warehouse team, as well as local and overseas colleagues. You will also process orders and in time become a product expert. Being a small team you will also help colleagues in other functions of the business such as marketing, sales support, and order processing from time to time. 

You won't get bored. You will be at the front of helping to build the Plum brand by delivering a very satisfying brand experience.

Skills and experience

We expect our customer service associates to share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences at all opportunities. We are looking for an energetic person who is results driven and works well with internal and external colleagues.

You will need to demonstrate:

- previous experience, preferably in customer support or sales

- excellent verbal and written communication skills

- excel and data entry experience an advantage

You will be given product training on the job as well as taught to use SAP and other software as needed.
