Description
As an outbound sales consultant, you will hold a crucial role in my client’s team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to residential customers from all walks of life.
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Cold calling, driving campaigns, and some customer satisfaction/support work
- Asking questions to understand the customer’s situation and then suggesting a solution
- Working towards realistic KPI’s, both individual and team based.
- Data entry into in-house systems
- Working on varying campaigns
Profile
We are looking for consultants who are career driven with a passion for customer service and sales. You will have previous experience in a similar outbound/sales position. However, enthusiastic salespeople from other industries and job types are encouraged to apply. You will also possess the following skills and experiences:
- A proven track record working with KPI’s
- Prior telemarketing and/or sales experience
- A customer-centric attitude and a passion for customer service
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A strong desire to learn and develop your skills
- Reliable transport or access to public transport
