The Role:

• Administrative duties
• Customer Service - via inbound calls
• Resolving problems and queries
• Monitoring and coordinating end-to-end processes
• Meeting Compliance KPI's and targets

The Person:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic bookkeeping and attention to detail
• Enjoy working within a team
