We are looking for proactive person with experience in customer service and warm sales, and knowledge of marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company who will aid your progression and growth for an exciting career.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Digital Marketing Team
• Manage the Customer Care inbox
• Take calls, quickly understand the customers needs and lock-in an appointment to speak with one of their friendly home loan brokers
• Inbound and some outbound calls to warm leads 
• Update leads in the CRM system to ensure that tracking is correct 
• Write copy for email campaigns 
• Manage the Product Review profile 
• Ad hoc marketing duties

To be considered for this opportunity you will have: 

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Fantastic phone manner - high energy, bubbly, quick-minded
• Drive and energy to do well and achieve, and ability to work well as part of a team 
• Marketing experience
• Enjoy making outbound calls to warm customers
