Based in Wantirna with easy access to the Eastern Freeway, this opportunity is ideally suited to an individual with a proactive and sales driven approach.

Commencing immediately, this is a temporary assignment with the possibility to transition to a permanent role and will allow you the opportunity to grow and develop in your career.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Ensuring customers understand all aspects of the products
• Up selling and cross selling products
• Achieving set KPI’s and targets

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in sales, or call centre desirable
• Driven and motivated to succeed
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Objection handling and negotiation skills
• Well-developed computer literacy

Ideally you will come from a previous background in sales - either face to face or over the phone in a call centre environment or looking for an opportunity to kick start your professional career.
