We are seeking an experienced Collections Officer to work out of our Sydney CBD office.
The right candidate must be highly motivated, able to work unsupervised, and posess strong negotiation & written skills.
Knowledge of the local court recovery processes is also preferred but not essential. On the job training will be provided in relation to our system & collection processes.
We have incentive structures in place & monthly bonuses based on commission targets.
The role will include:
-Management of own client database
-Issuing of demand letters
-Negotiating with debtors regarding payments
-Issuing instructions to solicitors & updating clients regularly
-Management of debtor ledgers
We have offices across Sydney, Brisbane & Auckland & are seeking someone with the right attitude & desire to help expand our brand.
