We're looking for a customer service, sales support call centre Superstar to join our FAST-growing team of razor-sharp IT experts.

We are a small, fast-paced Company always looking for the right people and the right fit.

We're looking for a detail obsessed, fast-moving individual to join our team. We seek top performers with a relentless focus to detail and who can work independently and in a team.

Your primary responsibilities will be to impress our customers, demonstrate software online and general call centre responsibilities (we'll teach you everything you need to know).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients; and actively problem solving whenever necessary
  • Calling existing customers and prospective customers with various promotional offers
  • Demonstrating software online
  • Creating proposals
  • Converting customers to newer products
  • Assisting with special adhoc client projects

Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Being a PEOPLE person who loves interacting with people + have OUTSTANDING superior customer service
  • Strong aptitude for numerical information and ability to prioritise work
  • Proficient (intermediate skills) in Word/Excel/
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal written and active listening skills
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
