Your new role
Your new position will see that you are able to:
- Accurate processing of applications in accordance with defined procedures.
- Contract payment T&C's, create, review, approve invoices accordingly.
- Ensure the customer is compliant
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Tracking progress of ones own projects & KPI's
What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to be successful in this position you will have some of the following:
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Excellent Time Management
- Experience working with high volumes
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Understanding of geographic and regulatory differences
- Processing Customer Requests.
- Knowledge in SAP/CIS/GIS preferred, but not required
- Some IT knowledge
