Your new role
Your new position will see that you are able to:

  • Accurate processing of applications in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Contract payment T&C's, create, review, approve invoices accordingly.
  • Ensure the customer is compliant
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Tracking progress of ones own projects & KPI's

What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to be successful in this position you will have some of the following:

  • Outstanding Customer Service
  • Excellent Time Management
  • Experience working with high volumes
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Understanding of geographic and regulatory differences
  • Processing Customer Requests.
  • Knowledge in SAP/CIS/GIS preferred, but not required
  • Some IT knowledge
