Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Customer Service Advisers to join the team at Bolton Clarke in our Customer Service Centre. The purpose of this role is to provide effective, efficient support and assistance to the Veteran Homecare program through a high level of customer service.

This fixed term role until April 2019, will see you working 38 hours per week Monday to Friday. This role will be based in Forest Hill, Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous inbound/outbound telephone experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent telephone customer service
  • Advanced computer skills, including the use of Excel
  • Experience working in Aged Care or Community Care
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the aged or community care sector
  • HACC Certificate III would be advantageous
