Key responsibilities:
  • Managing the Customer Care inbox
  • Taking calls and quickly understand the customers needs and lock-in an appointment to speak with one of their friendly home loan brokers.
  • Updating leads in the CRM system to ensure that tracking is correct 
  • Writing copy for email campaigns 
  • Managing our Product Review profile 
To be considered for this opportunity you will have: 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Unbelievable over the phone - high energy, bubbly, quick-minded.
  • Drive and energy to do well and achieve, and ability to work well as part of a team 
  • Ideally have marketing or have a degree related to marketing
