Customer Service Representative

Chatswood location - 5 minutes from train/bus services

Immediately start available

$55,000 - $60,000 + super

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Handling predominately inbound calls from clients (no cold calling), and attending to their inquiries in an effective and timely manner.
• Preparing data analyst and performance reports for the Commercial Manager, General Manager and clients
• Managing a number of collection routes and analysing the job allocation in live reporting, to measure operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and then selecting the best solution
• Booking customers in for collections, deliveries and clean-up services 
• Understanding customer needs and providing company information and contacts when required
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders as required
• General database management tasks
