Your new company

Your new role
Your new role will be highly customer focused, taking inbound calls regarding internal enqueries and requests. You will have conversations with people regarding leave requests, payroll queries, on-boarding and anything else that relates to the department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a customer service/administration background that is looking for an entry point into a big 4 bank to work for a dynamic and important team to the business.

What you'll need to succeed
- To succeed, you will need to have contact centre experience, or very strong experience in customer service in the retail or hospitality space.
- An interest in finance will be beneficial. Most of all you must have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You will have high motivation, attention to detail and strong organisational skills
What you'll get in return
- In return for your hard work, you will receive $28.50 per hour whilst temping moving to a permanent salary of $55k - $60K + super, depending on your experience.
- You will work normal business hours of 9am -5pm Monday to Friday
