The Role
As a key member of our dynamic phone based sales team, you will work as a trusted local adviser across both print and digital forms of advertising. You will drive sales and develop new and sustainable business through building and maintaining strong relationships with Small/Medium enterprise trades clients across Perth. This role requires a pro-active seller; to be successful you must be a driven hunter.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous phone sales experience (preferred).
- Previous experience partnering with clients to assist them in achieving their goals.
- A genuine interest in helping small business thrive.
- A passion for developing new business.
- The proven ability to consistently achieve targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work to deadlines.
- Problem solving and negotiation skills.
