Our client is a dynamic ICT Managed Services Company with office locations in NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT and Asia. They provide managed services, systems integration, server and storage infrastructure and workstation management services for a range of industries and businesses.

About the Role
Due to continued success and growth of the business, our client is seeking a motivated and mature-minded Sales Support & Customer Service Assistant to join the team at the Head Office in Sydney's Northern Shores. This is an entry level position, ideal for a customer service professional with a background in retail or business services. Graduates are encouraged to apply. Extensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide the first point of contact for all customer issues and enquiries
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Escalate queries to appropriate technical support staff and/or Account Manager when required.
  • Regular reporting to Account Manager
  • The use of internal and external systems for data collection and documentation
  • Liaise with various internal teams in a timely manner to achieve agreed business aims and timelines.
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management Systems.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Ability to work independently and within a global team, both office-based and remote.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Flexible approach when confronted with critical situations and conflicts.
  • A high level of attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn new material quickly.
  • Experience and/or qualifications in a retail or business environment is desirable
