Due to dealership expansion we have a position available for a professional and friendly Customer Care Team Leader to join our dealership working within a dedicated and friendly team.  This role is full time and perfect for an individual with extensive experience in the automotive industry or in a supervisory role in a call centre looking for their next challenge.

This opportunity exists for a professional and engaging Customer Care Team Leader who can lead a friendly and hardworking team, has a desire to work with an exciting, innovative luxury brand, and enjoy the pace and challenge of ensuring our customer contact is completed in a timely fashion whilst providing exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on role.

 

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: -

  • Guiding and leading a team of customer experience advisors and ensuring team tasks are handled appropriately;
  • Team tasks will include reminder calls to service customers, inbound service bookings and sales appointment setting;
  • Reporting on all aspects of team performance;
  • Assisting customers by phone, email and in person with their inquiries;
  • Maintenance of dealership databases;

 

To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualities: -

  • Proven professional experience in a supervisory role in a call centre, reception or automotive dealership;
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
  • Experience with Era/Eranet/Dealersocket is appreciated but not necessary – training will be provided;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • The ability to project a professional image at all times;
  • A motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments
  • Be flexible.

 

Some Saturday work may be required.
