We are currently seeking to employ a Customer Service Representative ('Reps') on a casual on call basis at Concord Hospital. Shifts are a minimum of 3 hours during the week on 1-2 days per week plus some on call work and extra hours to cover leave when required at other various Sydney hospital locations.

On site customer service representatives work at the hospitals where our systems are in operation. The work entails visiting patients at the bedside and collecting payment for the entertainment service as well as connecting the service. Reps are also responsible for reporting service faults and banking money collected during their shift.

Applicants should have basic computer skills, excellent people skills, police check, working with children card and the ability to work unsupervised.
