Feros Care operates a 24/7 Community Gateway contact and referral centre in the heart of Coolangatta. Our service is the super hub that underpins our Case Managers and In-Home Support Workers, whom work remotely to support, care and connect with clients across our geographical footprint. With our business providing services to thousands of clients, carers and their families, we are on the hunt for our next superstar to join our operation.
About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to quickly build strong relationships with potential customers to educate, guide, influence and provide a deep understanding of the value Feros Care can provide to meet their individual needs through the various services available. Critical functions performed in the role include:
- Deploying outbound campaigns
- Must be target driven with demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs
- Meeting critical deadlines associated within a busy contact centre environment
- Use a variety of superior interpersonal phone communication skills to deliver genuinely respectful caller engagement
- Support our inbound sales team
This is a full time, fixed term 12 month contract and will require availability on weekends and evenings.
About You
You will be someone who is performance driven, is calm and steady in times of peak traffic, is a fluent communicator who is able to capture critical information quickly, has strong computer skills and excels at customer service.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience working within a high volume inbound/outbound call environment
- Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with highly developed telephone techniques in order to liaise effectively with clients
- Demonstrated expertise at nurturing prospective clients through to successful acquisition
- High level of computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and databases) to maintain client and staff files and create effective documentation
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy whilst working in a busy environment and managing competing demands
