The Company
National Service business who are a leader in their field are seeking a vibrant, dynamic & enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time temporary basis; career progressive opportunities available for high performing individuals!
The Position
- Handle customer account enquiries
- Lodge service jobs onto the SAP system
- Handle customer complaints
- Process order and update part numbers
- Data entry and database management
The Candidate
- Extensive customer service skills and experience
- Experience using an ERP system such as SAP, Pronto or Oracle etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail, fast and accurate typing speed
- Ability to start immediately
