Multiple Inbound Customer Service roles on offer at Serco’s Call Centre in Mill Park!  Maintain Work-life balance by working Part time upto 6 hours per day!

If Customer Service is your forte, look no further! Serco is seeking Customer Service professionals to work at our call centre in Mill Park!

The role-

Service customer interactions on behalf of an Australian Government Department.

What you have-

  • An engaging phone manner
  • Demonstrated customer service background in either call centres or retail 
  • Strong verbal communication skills 
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Availability to commit to 2 weeks of full time training at the start of your employment
  • Availability to work up to 30 hours per week
  • Availability to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note - to be eligible for this role, you will need to be an Australian Citizen and be prepared to provide suitable documentation for a thorough Security and Citizenship Check.
