Our Client

Located in the south-eastern suburbs, our client is a leading personal care and hygiene company. Due to constant success and growth they currently require a Customer Service Consultant to join their team and progress into a 2IC role.

About the role

Reporting to the customer service manager, you will work collaboratively with the customer service team in delivering best-practice in customer relationships. Day-to-day, you will engage with internal and external stakeholder within a company that prides itself on sustainability and reliability. 

Duties
  • Process credits reports
  • Communicate potential service misses with customers as may be required
  • Liaise with the Demand team on allocations and stock transfer requests 
  • Ensure any changes to customer orders are communicated
  • Order entry through CRM System 
  • Use the online system for key orders and samples 
  • Other similar related tasks as required
