The company offers an exciting online service connecting customers to transporters all arounds Australia. This easy, effective service is currently expanding rapidly and as such you will be assisting with client/trade registrations and general enquiries.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Receiving enquiries daily via phone and email
- Confirming details including type of freight and region they can service
- Populating the database and converting customers after their initial trial period to a membership
- Outbound follow up calls to freight/transportation companies
- Customer follow ups
- Troubleshooting issues

Training will be provided on the internal system.
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
