About The Role

Due to continuous organisational growth, an opportunity has come up to join an energised and dedicated Field Services Division at the Probe Group.

The Field Services Division Specialises in;

  • Process Serving
  • Field Calls
  • Repossession Services
  • Mortgage Recovery Services
  • Skip Tracing
  • Court Filing
  • Court Orders
  • Court Examinations


Reporting to the Field Services Manager and Team Leader you will enjoy a varied and exciting role managing your own portfolio of clients, which will include, but not be limited to:

  • Provision of customer service by way of facilitating enquiries from clients
  • Liaising on a daily basis with our agents out in the field
  • Daily entry of data within our internal computer system
  • Preparation of customer reporting and documentation.
  • Pro-active data management to ensure customer details and pricing details are accurate.
  • Provision of administrative support to the Department.
  • Contribution to the team by suggesting new business processes and improvements


The successful candidate must have:

  • Passion and desire to grow within the organization
  • Experience in customer service including a desire to exceed client expectations
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
  • Accurate data entry skills and keen attention to detail
  • Reliable with strong work ethics
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual


The hours for the role are Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.00pm.
