An exciting opportunity to work within a 3 month contract starting ASAP for one of Australia's award winning manufacturers of building materials.

Client Details

Our client is a multi national organisation, specialising in manufacturing and distributing building and construction materials. Specialising in three divisions, our client had retained revenue of $325 million dollars in 2017, due to extensive growth within the organisation. Our client is continuing to grow and aspire to offer their staff opportunities to grow, innovate and most importantly contribute to the business.

Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing and managing orders
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders; i.e warehousing, logistics etc
  • Managing enquiries and complaints
  • Managing credits and returns
  • Administration and data entry
  • Knowledge of building materials and products on offer
  • Most importantly, provide EXCELLENT customer service

Profile

The candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry, or building
  • Experience in a high volume call centre environment
  • A strong attention to detail and intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task efficiently
