A little bit about the ROLE
This exciting opportunity is nestled within our super-awesome and highly supportive Contact Centre and support teams, working closely with our wider Leadership team in this space to ensure service levels across all teams are appropriately managed. As our Real-Time Analyst, a week in the life involves an in-depth handover from our awesome Workforce Schedulers for the upcoming forecast, ensuring all known assumptions are captured and understood.



Working with your colleagues in the Service delivery team, you will provide insights and analysis of planned activities, current rosters and all things service related. You have free reign and support to make tactical decisions during the day to maintain consistent service across all teams.



And then comes the fun part; analysing and understanding what’s going on in each team, how this is has impacted our service levels and what we would do the same in the future or what would we do differently; optimisation of our process.


This role is on a rotational roster with the hours being Monday - Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.


Let’s chat about YOU
Numbers, analysing, problem-solving and working closely with stakeholder across varying levels is your thang! You have strong decision-making capabilities, along with a deep understanding of the staff, training and engagement needs (preferably within a contact centre environment) so that you can execute on action plans.



The final piece to the puzzle is comms, comms and more comms - yip, we are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, loves reports - including deciphering them and talking about them, and also has a whole bunch of fun while they are at it!
