Description

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for all technical enquiries and complaints. They will need to manage a high call volume and work within a KPI driven environment. Using developed influencing skills, the Customer Service Officer will resolve customer issues and overcome objections.

Profile

The successful applicant will have:

• Experience in dealing with enquiries and complaints of a varied nature

• Experience in dealing with enquiries and complaints from different platforms

• The ability to overcome objections

• Experience in warranties preferred

• Perfect phone manor

• Immediate availability
