Bring your superior customer service skills and experience within call centres or rostering/ resources coordination to this fast paced, dynamic and friendly team.  You will be responsible for providing ensuring client needs are met and rosters are fully staffed. You will respond to queries from customers, internal stakeholders and security officers.

Hours: Monday to Friday Alternating week

WEEK 1 : 5:30am-1:30pm          WEEK 2: 10:30am - 6:30pm



Job Purpose:

To coordinate the resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery, in a manner which results in the highest possible quality of service.

 

What does the role involve?

  • Allocate effective rostering resources
  • Assign the most cost-effective rostering in line with Company quote / contract guidelines
  • Minimise rostering errors through effective and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ensure specified service levels are maintained
  • Identify, escalate and resolve customer needs

 

Employee Relations:

  • Address Security Officer queries
  • Inform Security Officers of rosters
  • Communicate effectively with Security Officers

  • Desirable – Background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering or similar?
