An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer centric individual to step in to this role and be an integral part of the client service experience, working for an Australian owned organisation specialising in HR solutions.

Your role will see you be committed to ensure that your clients are looked after in a professional and trusted way, right the way from the initial on-boarding throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring clients are fully across all solutions and processes as well as happy with the service.

A snap shot of your responsibilities;
  • On-boarding and off-boarding
  • Contract renewals and extensions
  • Delivering quality customer care and service at all times
  • Ensuring efficient and clear responses to any enquiries
  • Liaising with clients to make sure they understand process
  • Informing clients of any issues or changes and keeping them up to date
  • Working with the client at front of mind to guarantee positive feedback
In order to be successful you will have;
  • Previous experience in a customer focused position
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • A driven, 'can do' and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to use your initiative to think on your feet
  • Previous administration experience
  • A respectful, honest and transparent way of working
  • Knowledge of the recruitment or contractor management industry would be advantageous, although not essential
