CASUAL PART-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
15-20 hours per week
Australian Animal Hospitals are seeking applications from experienced outbound contact centre operators with strong teamwork skills and exceptional communication skills to join our team of professionals located North of the river.
The ideal candidate will have veterinary or medical industry experience and enjoy talking to our clients. This role will demand exceptional attention to detail, strong client rapport and a tenacious approach to achieving results.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Key duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing clients
- Booking appointments and routine surgeries
- New sales and renewal of patient preventative health care plans
- Enquiry response and bookings for dog training services
- Seek feedback on service delivery and identify client needs
- Ascertain and strive to retain the client's commitment
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience
- General data entry and computer tasks
- Consistently meet set targets and KPI's
- Update the client and patient database accurately and in a timely manner

The successful applicant will be an experienced outbound call centre operator with a demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for providing exceptional client service. You are results oriented and enjoy striving to meet and exceed performance targets.
Your willingness to identify client needs, demonstrate genuine empathy and seek to offer appropriate solutions is key to the role.

- A proven track record working in an outbound sales environment
- Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail with accurate data entry
- You take 100% responsibility for your own results
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude with willingness to embrace new campaigns as they arise
- Highly motivated, sales focused and you love working towards targets!
- Reliable, proactive, flexible, organised, determined and committed
- Ability to build rapport, show empathy and possess a genuine desire to assist.

- A good command of the English language.

- A natural interest in companion animal health
Essential
- Previous outbound call centre, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales.
Highly Desirable
- Experience in a veterinary or a medical role.
- Experience in a sales role.
