If you are an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service professional who enjoys a varied role – then this is the role for you!
Your duties and responsibilities will include, however not be limited to:
- Dealing with customer order enquiries
- Answering incoming calls, fielding enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
- Processing orders (received via email, phone and fax)
- Dispatching of orders and liaising with courier companies
- Preparing consignment notes
- Stock control and organising parts for customers
- Servicing Tier 1 Clients
- Data analysis
- Any other ad hoc duties and as required
Key skills and attributes required for this role are:
- At least three years solid Customer Service/Administration skills
- Ability to multi task efficiently and effectively
- Sound computer literacy, especially Excel
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a supply chain or logistics environment will be highly regarded
- Highly organised, energetic and enthusiastic
- Proactive with strong problem solving skills
