Your Role ...
Is to provide customers with exceptional service by answering inbound enquiries, troubleshooting problems, performing administrative tasks and educate customers on our salary packaging products and services.  What comes naturally is your ability to inform and recommend customers on the Maxxia suite of product and services (which attracts incentives for you!). 
 
Success is... 

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Initiative and ability to utilise problem solving skills to respond to complex customer enquiries.
• Interpreting and communicating financial information.
• Available to work on a rotating roster of 8am -7pm

• Successful applicants will be invited to our Assessment Centres to be held around mid July
  
• All successful candidates will undergo a National police check and credit checks.
   
  This role has a set start date of 30th of July and 6th of August
