A full time position for a energetic, enthusiastic consultant in the credit repair industry assisting people with repairing their credit files. Ideal candidate MUST have:
1. A lot of experience with complaint handing skills via telephone in a call centre environment
2. Have genuine interest in helping people
3. Call centre experience/great customer service skills
4. Good communication skills
5. Have great patience & empathy
6. Be very reliable
7. Be Confident with client management systems and be computer savvy
8. Good work ethic
9. Be an excellent mulittasker and great at time management
10. Be able to work without being micro managed
11. A good problem solver
