RapidPay is a financial services hub for law firms providing a range of services to improve cash flow and deliver back office efficiencies.  Seamlessly integrated with LEAP Legal Software, RapidPay’s services include payments (receive payments by credit card, BPay and EFT) as well as direct bank data feeds for auto bank reconciliation.
 
Due to an internal promotion we are currently hiring a Client Service Coordinator to join RapidPay on a full-time basis. As the Client Service Coordinator your typical day would include liaising with clients, third party suppliers, and completing a range of administrative tasks.  Some of the key areas you will be responsible for are -
  • Managing inbound and outbound client support (phone and email)
  • Building and maintaining strong customer and third-party relationships
  • Daily administration and reconciliation duties
  • Ensuring all client training documents are up to date
  • Ensuring internal procedures are up to date
  • Manage client onboarding (after sales)
  • Process monthly billing
  • Additional marketing work (email preparation, content production)
We would love to hear from energetic, innovative individuals who possess the following skills and characteristics -
  • Strong customer/client service standards and experience
  • Strong admin skills and a good eye for detail
  • Experience or exposure to marketing
  • Experience with billing, reconciliations, regulatory reporting would be an advantage
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and work in a fast paced environment
