Work with one of Australia’s best known organisations in the building and construction sector in Schofields. This key role will see you sitting within a fast paced and fun customer service team in an essential department within their organisation. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of Customer Service from taking the through to delivery.
Your responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Receive and process orders with high accuracy
- Allocation of stock and delivery
- Credits
- Ensure QA and HSE procedures are adhered to
- General Adhoc duties where requested
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- SAP experience is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail
- Accurate but fast paced data entry skills
- Flexible and proactive nature
