An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new role in Customer Service with our leading international client. Your role will be to provide essential customer service to major clients within the Resolutions team to assist in delivering the best service to their customers.

This position will start on a temp contract basis with a view to moving into a permanent position, it is full time hours Monday to Friday.

Your main accountabilities will include:

• Dealing with all enquiried that come to the centre as Level 1
• Problem solving to improve orders and their quality
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service
• End to end management of orders
• Go "Above and beyond" for the customer by taking ownership of their needs

To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

• Good communication skills and customer service
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Computer literacy and good keyboard skills.
• A good level of English spelling and grammar.
• Good numeracy skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential
• Accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP highly beneficial
