Over the last 8 years, we have developed a very strong customer focused proposition emphasising superior customer service both pre and post sale. Our service department is integral to our business and we are proud of the level of support we offer our customers. 

We are now looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our office in South Perth. 

The successful candidate will be providing valuable customer service and support to our residential & commercial customers. Duties include; assisting with technical enquiries over the phone, processing warranties and managing problem resolutions, liaising with our installation and warehouse teams and performing general associated administration tasks. This is a very busy role, so the ability to multi-task is essential.

 To be considered for this role the successful candidate will;

  • Have demonstrated experience within a help desk role including problem resolution handling
  • Have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and be confident in managing customers' expectations
  • Be willing to develop product knowledge
  • Be able to work as part of a team 
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be highly motivated
  • Have good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Be able to manage their time effectively

This is a full time position; Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
