For our growing Customer Service Team we are looking for a candidate who has gained 3+ years of experience in a role delivering excellent Customer Service. We would be happy to consider other career pathways further down the track for people that perform in the role and show an avid interest in their professional development.

Selection Criteria:
- Above average VCE results
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- Ability to interpret spare part drawings and technical aptitude
- A passion for Customer Service! Delivering excellent service and representing premium products
- A solutions-focused/problem-solving attitude
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- You are tech-savvy and might have experience with SAP B1 (preferable)
- A good attention to detail
