This Internal Account Coordinators role represents an outstanding opportunity for a customer focused individual with drive and passion to make their mark in a growing, forward thinking company.
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and existing client portfolio.
- Identify areas of growth within those accounts and offer additional company products and service to satisfy their needs.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and updating all parties regularly in order to guarantee that client objectives / deadlines are met.
- Project manage all components of each job and manage workflow to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
- Compile, maintain and process all required records, paperwork and documents in an efficient and timely manner.
- Follow systems and procedures as required.
- Manage all communications in a professional manner.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum one year's experience within a similar role.
- Advertising / Marketing agency experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrated customer service experience, especially B2B.
- Excellent project management skills - concept to completion focus.
- Very strong attention to detail and the willingness to follow strict procedures.
- Intermediate MS Office – Word , Excel and Powerpoint and experience with CRM Database / Job Management System.
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication/relationship building skills and the ability to work with a team environment.
