Committed to the long term future and continuous growth of the brand in Australia, an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative has become available, for a 12 month contract, with the potential to become permanent.
This integral role will present the successful candidate with many diverse challenges in a very fast paced and dynamic call centre environment. Within this role you will effectively assist the management of all aspects of customer care and communication, working with internal departments and customer service call centre staff to provide optimal customer service to Kia owner's and Kia Dealers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficient resolution of customer complaints
- Liaise with Technical team to assist with the resolution of customer enquiries
- Management of any goodwill applications through to approval ensuring correct guidelines have been followed
- Liaison internally, to obtain best possible outcome/solution.
- Establishment and maintenance of comprehensive case records (files) electronically and hard copy.
- Liaison with Kia dealers regarding resolution of their customer issues, as appropriate.
- Assist in the maintenance of the Kia Customer Database to ensure the most recent and correct data is retained;
Ideally you will possess:
- 1-2 years' experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Automotive technical experience (preferred but not essential)
- After Sales experience desirable
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Proficiency)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem analysing and problem solving skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part as a team
- Previous experience in Seibel would be an advantage
- Creativity and conflict management
- General passion for cars
