Bannershop is one of the fastest growing leading suppliers of large format digital printing products in Asia-Pacific with offices nationwide. We supply large format digital print products to our three major target markets: Corporate, SME and Wholesalers throughout Australia. Products include - retractable banner systems, billboards, posters, banners, exhibition displays, decals and POS displays etc.

You will work with a small team of other CSR's and a BDM to process and manage ongoing orders and in bound requests for quotes. Having regular contact with customers will allow you to upsell our products and service to these inbound calls.

 You will enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced internal sales team. You will be proactive in anticipating your customers' needs. You are an excellent communicator, with an ability to balance efficient and effective communication with professional and friendly service.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Effective, professional communication with BannerSHOP's customers via phone and email
  • Liaise with customers to help them choose the print solution for their needs
  • Daily chase up all outstanding jobs, artwork, payment not yet confirm by emailing and calling the clients
  • Follow up on occasion courier deliveries
  • Manage when required the outsourcing of  jobs, raising PO, communication with suppliers and installers
  • All general daily administration follow up with orders and quotes required
  • Handle various customer service and After sales enquiries that are online
  • Liaise with other internal departments of the business
  • Constantly improve your knowledge of large format and digital printing (on-site training and an Induction program will be provided) and BannerSHOP's products, services and promotions

     Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for Administration & customer service
  • Be self-managed and enjoy working as part of a team
  • A high motivation to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong computer skills in Word , Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Great energy levels and a positive attitude
  • Great time management
  • Print and or digital experience would be a distinct advantage
