Excellent opportunity to work with a highly successful Insurance Builder.
There is currently an opportunity for an outgoing individual who enjoys administration/co-ordination within a busy deadline driven environment.
Working closely with Policy Holders and internal staff members this role will give you the chance to utilise your co-ordination & communication skills.
In this all round role you will be responsible for liaising with customers, insurance staff and internal stakeholders to ensure all parties are kept well informed. The duties Including but are not limited to;
- All reception and administration duties with effective management of incoming phone calls and deliver of exceptional customer service
- Perform a variety of support and administrative task to assist our internal insurance staff,
- Monitoring and scheduling appointments for our internal insurance estimators.
- Proactively managing incoming correspondence (email & physical mail)
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills & professional presentation
- Be organised with a high level of attention to detail.
- Exhibit enthusiasm, self-motivations and drive to achieve outstanding results.
- Insurance Claims or Building Industry experience is preferred but not essential
